When will my order process & ship?

All processing times are listed under each product or item. We ship worldwide via trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, DHL and Fedex. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For International orders, the buyer/customer is responsible for any import taxes or duties calculated by the carrier. Le Nodo is not responsible for any unforeseen costs associated to any orders after they have been dispatched.

Please note: Made-to-order items have a longer lead time, because your custom item is handmade just for you, please allow 8-10 weeks for shipment.

Are all purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any orders. If there is an issue, please contact hello@lenodo.com for support.

How can I cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. There is a 48-hour window before orders are processed so please let us know immediately if you are having second thoughts.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. Please email us as quickly as possible at hello@lenodo.com with your order number and we will do our best to make it happen.

Note: pre-order or custom orders are non-cancellable. 

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are created locally in the USA by hand by skilled artisans and seamstresses. Whether it's in our Cincinnati, Ohio office or sewing atelier in California overlooking Santa Barbara canyons, your products are made with love and care.

All items are packaged and shipped from Cincinnati, OH USA (zip code 45206).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We may offer payment plans through Klarna and AfterPay.
