Order Processing & Shipping

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers (USPS and UPS). Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Custom items have a longer lead time, because each item is handmade just for you like the way you like it, please allow 6-8 weeks for shipment. All other items typically ship within 1–2 weeks or sooner.

Order Cancelation

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed. Please email us as quickly as possible at hello@lenodo.com with your order number and we will do our best to make it happen. To note: pre-order or custom orders are non-cancellable.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please email us at hello@lenodo.com if you have any issues with your order.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through SquareSpace. We also offer payment plans through Afterpay and Klarna.

When making a purchase (a “Transaction”), you may be asked to provide billing and shipping details, including your credit card number and expiration date. Note, we cannot change payment method after an order has been placed.
